Tent hire<\/strong> -The cost of hiring a marquee depends on its size. In many cases, the larger the marquee and the longer it is left erected, the more favourable the price per square metre. Unless you are hosting a wedding with a very small number of guests, it is worth renting a marquee of at least 10\u00d710 metres. The cost of renting a tent is between 700 and 1,100 Ft per square metre.<\/strong><\/em> It is easy to work out that, even when calculated using the most favourable price per square metre, this amounts to 70,000 Ft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction\/Demolition<\/strong> -If you don\u2019t want to go to the trouble of doing this yourself, it\u2019s worth asking for the tent to be put up and taken down for you. In many cases, you don\u2019t have any other option, because many companies don\u2019t allow you to put up the marquee yourself (and, it must be said, quite rightly), and they\u2019re reluctant to hand the work over to an external specialist either. The cost of erection and dismantling varies depending on the size of the marquee, but in most cases there is a starting price, which is between 40,000 and 60,000 Ft. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It varies depending on what extras you need. As we\u2019ve mentioned before, the floor and the sides are essential if you want to be prepared for the weather. Heating and cooling are also a significant cost, as it can be either hot or cold inside a marquee depending on the season, and maintaining the ideal temperature is essential to ensure everyone feels comfortable at the wedding reception. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much does the tent hire cost in total? <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Based on mid-range prices, the cost of hiring a 10\u00d710-metre marquee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- if you\u2019d like us to carry out both construction and demolition work as well (for which we\u2019re only quoting a starting price at this stage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-and if you have it delivered 40 kilometres away, then It is estimated to be between 140,000 and 150,000 Ft<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This does not include any security deposit, flooring, heating, furniture hire or other extras. Experience shows that you\u2019ll probably end up spending at least this much on the extras, some of which you\u2019re bound to need. In fact!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important information:<\/strong> Rigid-frame flooring systems can level out uneven, sloping or bumpy ground, but they do come at a price. The cost of such a flooring system is roughly the same as the tent hire fee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip: <\/strong>If the ground where you want to pitch your tent is more or less flat and even, ask for a rigid plastic floor.
